This Billing & Payments Policy explains how billing, payments, subscriptions, renewals, invoices, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and payment-related matters are handled for NeuroHoster.
NeuroHoster is operated by ESE Media Group / RISXE (“NeuroHoster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or subscribing to any NeuroHoster service, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms of this Billing & Payments Policy, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.

Pricing may vary depending on:
- Service type
- Subscription duration
- Promotional offers
- Customer requirements
- Additional services
- Add-ons
- Taxes
- Currency
- Special business or enterprise arrangements
NeuroHoster reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, price changes will generally apply to future purchases or renewal periods and will not retroactively change an already-paid billing period.
3. Subscription Plans
NeuroHoster may offer different subscription durations, including:
- Monthly plans
- Quarterly plans
- 6-month plans
- Annual plans
- Multi-year plans
- Custom plans
The applicable subscription period and price will be displayed before payment is completed.
Unless otherwise stated, the subscription period begins from the date the service is activated or the date specified in the applicable order or invoice.
4. Payment Methods
NeuroHoster may accept payments through supported payment methods and payment gateways, which may include:
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- UPI
- Net banking
- Visa
- Mastercard
- RuPay
- International cards
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Razorpay
- Other payment methods made available on the checkout page
Available payment methods may vary based on the customer’s location, currency, service, and payment gateway availability.
5. Payment Authorization
By submitting a payment, you confirm that:
- The information provided during checkout is accurate.
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The payment method belongs to you or you have permission from its owner to use it.
- The billing information provided is correct.
- You authorize NeuroHoster or its authorized payment processor to process the applicable amount.
NeuroHoster does not normally store complete credit/debit card details. Payment information may be processed securely by third-party payment processors in accordance with their respective policies.
6. Taxes and GST
Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes may be added to the displayed price.
For customers in India, applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other legally required taxes may be charged in accordance with applicable Indian tax laws.
The final amount payable will be displayed before the payment is completed whenever technically possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including:
- Full name
- Billing address
- Company name, where applicable
- GSTIN, where applicable
- Email address
- Other required tax information
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the tax treatment or invoice issued.
7. Invoices
NeuroHoster may provide invoices electronically after successful payment.
Invoices may contain:
- Customer name
- Billing address
- Service purchased
- Subscription period
- Invoice number
- Payment date
- Amount paid
- Applicable taxes
- GST details, where applicable
- Payment method
- Transaction/reference information
Customers should retain invoices for their records and tax or accounting purposes.
If you believe an invoice contains an error, you should contact NeuroHoster support promptly.
8. Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle depends on the subscription selected at the time of purchase.
For example:
- Monthly subscription — billed for each monthly period
- Quarterly subscription — billed for the applicable three-month period
- 6-month subscription — billed for the applicable six-month period
- Annual subscription — billed for the applicable twelve-month period
The exact billing period will be shown on the order confirmation or invoice.
9. Renewal Billing
Where automatic renewal is available and enabled, your subscription may renew automatically at the end of the applicable billing period.
The renewal amount may be based on the then-current price of the applicable service unless a specific promotional or contractual price applies.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method if automatic renewal is enabled.
If automatic renewal is not available or has not been enabled, the customer must manually renew the service before the expiration date.
10. Renewal Notifications
Where reasonably possible, NeuroHoster may send renewal reminders or notifications to the email address associated with the customer account.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and that NeuroHoster emails are not blocked or incorrectly classified as spam.
Failure to receive a reminder does not automatically extend a subscription or payment deadline.
11. Failed Payments
A payment may fail because of:
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrect card information
- Expired card
- Bank restrictions
- Payment gateway issues
- UPI failure
- Network problems
- Security verification failure
- International transaction restrictions
- Fraud-prevention measures
- Incorrect billing information
- Other reasons determined by the payment provider
If a payment fails, NeuroHoster may attempt to notify the customer and request that the payment method be updated or payment be completed manually.
12. Outstanding Payments
If a payment remains unpaid after the applicable due date, NeuroHoster may:
- Send payment reminders
- Restrict certain account functions
- Suspend the affected service
- Temporarily disable access
- Terminate the service after an applicable grace period
- Recover applicable outstanding amounts
The customer’s responsibility to pay remains even if the service is suspended because of non-payment.
13. Service Suspension for Non-Payment
NeuroHoster may suspend services when invoices remain unpaid.
During suspension:
- Website access may be restricted.
- Hosting services may stop functioning.
- Applications or databases may become inaccessible.
- Certain account features may be disabled.
- Related services may also be affected.
Service restoration may require payment of outstanding amounts.
NeuroHoster does not guarantee immediate restoration where restoration depends on payment processing, technical verification, backup availability, or other circumstances.
14. Service Termination for Non-Payment
If an outstanding balance remains unpaid for an extended period, NeuroHoster may terminate the affected service.
Following termination, data may become unavailable or may be deleted in accordance with NeuroHoster’s applicable data-retention and backup practices.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own independent backups of important data.
15. Payment Processing Delays
A payment may take time to be confirmed due to:
- Bank processing
- Payment gateway delays
- Technical issues
- International payment processing
- Manual verification
- Transaction reconciliation
Customers should not submit multiple payments for the same invoice solely because confirmation is delayed.
If money has been deducted but the service or invoice has not been updated, the customer should contact support with the transaction/reference number.
16. Duplicate Payments
If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same service or invoice, the customer should contact NeuroHoster support as soon as possible.
NeuroHoster may investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, process the duplicate amount in accordance with its Refund Policy and applicable payment-provider rules.
17. Payment Reversals
Payments may occasionally be reversed, cancelled, rejected, or refunded by a bank or payment provider.
If a payment reversal causes an invoice or account balance to become unpaid, NeuroHoster may request that the customer complete payment again.
18. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by NeuroHoster’s separate Refund Policy.
A payment is not automatically refundable merely because:
- The customer did not use the service.
- The customer changed their mind.
- The customer forgot to cancel a subscription.
- The customer did not configure the service.
- The customer did not read the service specifications before purchase.
Refund requests will be reviewed according to the applicable Refund Policy, service terms, promotional conditions, and applicable law.
19. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of eligible services through the available NeuroHoster support or account channels.
Cancellation may prevent future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for a previously paid billing period.
Unless otherwise stated, services generally remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
Customers should cancel before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service.
20. Automatic Renewal Cancellation
Where automatic renewal is available, customers may request cancellation of future renewals through the applicable account or support process.
Cancellation of automatic renewal does not necessarily terminate the service immediately.
The service may continue until the end of the already-paid subscription period unless otherwise agreed.
21. Promotional Pricing
NeuroHoster may offer promotional prices, discounts, coupons, introductory rates, or limited-time offers.
Promotional offers may have specific:
- Eligibility requirements
- Expiration dates
- Subscription requirements
- Usage limits
- Renewal conditions
- Refund conditions
Unless explicitly stated, promotional pricing does not guarantee that the same price will apply to future renewals.
22. Discount Codes and Coupons
Discount codes must be applied before completing payment unless otherwise stated.
A discount code may be subject to:
- Expiration
- Customer eligibility
- Specific services
- Minimum purchase requirements
- Maximum usage limits
- One-time use restrictions
Discounts cannot normally be applied retroactively to completed payments.
NeuroHoster may cancel or reject a discount where it has been obtained through misuse, unauthorized distribution, technical error, or fraudulent activity.
23. Free Trials
NeuroHoster may offer free trials or promotional trial periods for selected services.
Trial availability may depend on:
- New customer status
- Service availability
- Promotional conditions
- Payment verification
- Geographic location
- Previous account history
A free trial does not necessarily guarantee continued access to the service after the trial period.
Unless otherwise stated, customers must upgrade or purchase a paid subscription after the trial period to continue using the applicable paid service.
24. Upgrade of Services
Customers may request an upgrade to a higher service plan where available.
The amount payable for an upgrade may depend on:
- Existing subscription
- Remaining billing period
- New plan price
- Applicable taxes
- Promotional pricing
- Proration rules, if applicable
Any applicable upgrade charges will be communicated or displayed before completion where technically possible.
25. Downgrade of Services
Customers may request to downgrade their service where the option is available.
A downgrade may take effect:
- Immediately,
- At the next billing cycle, or
- At another date agreed by NeuroHoster.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their websites, applications, storage, traffic, and other usage remain within the limits of the downgraded plan.
Downgrading a service may result in the removal or restriction of certain features.
26. Add-On Services and Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for services or features not included in the customer’s original subscription.
These may include:
- Additional resources
- Website development
- Application development
- Maintenance
- Customization
- Additional storage
- Migration services
- Premium support
- Domain services
- Other custom services
Where possible, additional charges will be communicated before the customer authorizes the additional service.
27. Custom and Enterprise Services
Custom services may be billed according to a separate quotation, proposal, purchase order, agreement, or invoice.
Custom projects may require:
- Advance payment
- Milestone payments
- Partial payments
- Final payment before delivery
- Recurring payments
The payment terms specified in the applicable quotation or agreement will take precedence for that particular service.
28. Domain Registration and Renewal
Where NeuroHoster provides domain-related services, domain registration and renewal charges may be separate from hosting charges.
Domain fees may be subject to:
- Domain registry pricing
- Registrar charges
- Taxes
- Transfer fees
- Premium domain pricing
- Renewal fees
- Currency fluctuations
Domain registration fees may have separate refund and cancellation conditions because domain registrations are often processed through third-party registrars.
29. Third-Party Payment Processors
NeuroHoster may use third-party payment processors and financial service providers.
Examples may include payment platforms such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, banks, card networks, or other payment providers.
Payment processing may be subject to the applicable provider’s terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and transaction rules.
NeuroHoster is not responsible for delays, failures, restrictions, or decisions made solely by a third-party payment provider.
30. Currency
Prices may be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or other supported currencies.
International customers may be charged according to the currency displayed at checkout or on the applicable invoice.
Currency conversion, foreign exchange fees, international transaction charges, or bank fees may be imposed by the customer’s financial institution or payment provider.
Such third-party charges may not be controlled by NeuroHoster.
31. International Payments
International transactions may be subject to:
- Bank approval
- Payment processor requirements
- Currency conversion
- International transaction restrictions
- Customer verification
- Applicable taxes
- Applicable laws and regulations
A successful payment authorization does not guarantee that a transaction cannot subsequently be reversed or declined.
32. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact NeuroHoster support before initiating a chargeback when there is a billing dispute or payment issue.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Account investigation
- Temporary service suspension
- Account restrictions
- Recovery of outstanding amounts
- Termination of services
Where a chargeback is initiated, NeuroHoster may provide relevant transaction and service records to the payment processor or financial institution for dispute resolution.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
33. Fraud Prevention
NeuroHoster may use reasonable measures to detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
We may request additional information where necessary to verify a transaction or account.
NeuroHoster may reject or cancel transactions that appear suspicious, unauthorized, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our policies or payment-provider requirements.
34. Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their:
- NeuroHoster account
- Email account
- Password
- Payment information
- Authentication credentials
- Account access
Customers should immediately notify NeuroHoster if they suspect unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.
NeuroHoster will not be responsible for losses resulting from credentials being shared, compromised, or improperly secured by the customer, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
35. Billing Information Changes
Customers should keep their billing and contact information accurate.
Customers may be required to update:
- Name
- Company name
- Address
- Phone number
- GSTIN
- Payment information
NeuroHoster may not be responsible for missed billing notifications resulting from outdated or incorrect customer information.
36. Billing Disputes
If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged, please contact NeuroHoster support with:
- Customer/account information
- Invoice number
- Transaction ID
- Payment date
- Amount paid
- Description of the issue
- Supporting documentation, where applicable
Billing disputes should be raised as soon as reasonably possible so that they can be investigated.
37. Payment Security
NeuroHoster takes reasonable measures to protect payment-related information.
Where third-party payment processors are used, payment information may be transmitted directly to the applicable payment processor through secure payment infrastructure.
Customers should never send complete card numbers, CVV numbers, PINs, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials through ordinary email, WhatsApp, social media, or support messages.
38. No Guarantee of Payment Gateway Availability
Payment gateways may occasionally become unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Technical failures
- Bank outages
- Network problems
- Security controls
- Third-party service interruptions
NeuroHoster does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every payment method at all times.
Customers may use another available payment method where possible.
39. Account Credits
Where applicable, NeuroHoster may issue account credits instead of monetary refunds.
Account credits may be subject to:
- Expiration
- Service restrictions
- Non-transferability
- Non-cash redemption conditions
Any applicable conditions will be communicated when the credit is issued.
40. Outstanding Balances After Cancellation
Cancellation of a service does not automatically eliminate outstanding charges that were incurred before cancellation.
Any legitimate outstanding balance may remain payable after cancellation.
41. Changes to Billing Policy
NeuroHoster may update this Billing & Payments Policy from time to time.
Changes may be made to reflect:
- Changes in services
- Changes in payment providers
- Changes in pricing practices
